Wireless Signal Boosters

Has anyone had any experience with zboost cell signal boosters?

I currently have an external antennae that mounts on my window sill which increases my signal significantly. I'm just unhappy with the fact that it forces me to be tethered to the device, defeating the purpose of having a wireless phone. It also allows only one user to use their phone simultaneously. Any experiences? Thanks!
