How can I boost my WiFi Signal?

I recently moved my room and I am literally JUST far out enough where I have a 2-3 bar signal and when it's a 2 bar it barely works...I tried using one of those Windsurfer foil parabolas but it doesn't work...I don't really want too buy a booster antenna but is that my only solution so far? I have an HP G603CL and a Dlink DIR-655 router.

2. well you can go to your computer site like toshiba and download the latest wifi driver for free and that might help it did me
3. Well there a lot of things you can do. Buy a more powerfull router or get another router just like what u have and link them. Another words one router will be used for being directly connecting to internet modem and the other router will be set up as a access point. You can also buy wifi repeaters. Some routers allow you to upgrade the anntena too. With the prob u are having best bet will be either more powerful router.
