Wireless Signal Boosters

i have a bt home hub and either need to get a signal booster or block the neighbours signal?

im sitting with my laptop in the same room as my bt home hub 802.11 and i can get a perfect wifi signal until my neighbours have their wifi on so i either need to boost my signal or block theirs anyone got any ideas?

1. are they using your internet? you cannot block someone elses wifi, download a copy of "Network Magic" it will show who is connected to you internet or network and you can share files between everything inc Mac, and all OS's from there you can block intruders and access your hub, and change your wifi channell, move it to 6 or 11, if yours is on 6 and your neighbours is on 6 it will conflict. speak to bt, see if they can upgrade your router to the wireless N 2.0 model (its black) its fast, if you have that then you can buy an "booster" and conect it via the RJ45 ethernet cable my honest opinion is check the channel, and change it
