Some questions about a wifi signal booster?

So my house is really blocking out my signal, My wifi signal only travels halfway across my house. I. Want a booster that only needs an electrical outlet and not an ethernet outlet. Do they make these?

1. yes they do, a god quality one could be 50 euro ish, about 65 dollars. they really help and stop internet connection loss. i needed 1 for my ps3 as it was 50 metres from the box, annoyingly, and had to travel outside for 15 of those metres.
