Wireless Signal Boosters

if i wanted to get a wifi signal booster, should i get it from the same company that made the router?

the question explains everything so plz help or if there is another way to make my signal stronger plz tell me as soon as possible

  3. Honestly it does not matter which company's booster you use, but for ease of setup (if you are familiar with your router manufacturer's admin section) then get the same brand. Either way, the newer ones on the market are pretty easy to set up.
  4. Compatibility can be a big problem, especially for two way transmissions. It may help to purchase your adapter and your router – everything, from the same company. Aside from that, some companies have embedded enhancements that improve speed or signal strength when everything is under the same brand.
  5. I had a problem in my own home. The signal would be weak in parts of the house due to walls floors and appliances. I solved the problem simply with Hawking high gain antennas for our two computers.. It was less expensive than buying a booster.
