Wireless Signal Boosters

Is there any way I can install a wifi antenna on my netbook without a cd drive?

i have a net book and no internet at my house, i can pick up my neighbors signal but i only get 1 bar so I need a way to install a wifi antenna booster to my netbook but it doesnt come with a cd drive.

1. It depends on Anntenna you buy . There is antenna which is plug/play which you dont need to install any dirver
2. Load the setup and driver files on a memory stick and install from there
