Need Wifi Booster or Extender?

I am at a hotel for a month and the free wifi signal is weak. Can someone recommend a WIFI signal booster/gainer/amplifer so that I can access the Internet off my Mac and PC laptops?

1. If I am reading your question correctly you want to access the hotel's WiFi connection from your laptop but the connection is weak. From my limited background, a WiFi signal booster or extender would not work in your scenario because you do not have direct access to the hotels equipment. Those pieces of equipment would boost the outgoing signal from the hotels equipment. In your case you would want to expand your capability to receive the signal. Some electronic retailers sell antennas which connect directly to the laptop. They are advertised to increase your ability to connect to a weak signal.
